The Ayrshire Collective: Seven Ayrshire Artists - One Creative Programme

Harbour Arts Centre, Irvine - 1st November to 4th January 2025
This special exhibition celebrated the diverse talents of six amazing artists from Ayrshire, all of whom began their art journeys later in their careers under the mentorship of Gillian Park.
The artists came from varied backgrounds and alternative careers, united by their passion for art. This unique show brought together a fantastic mix of styles and creative approaches, reflecting the rich variety of new contemporary 'homegrown’ art.
More than just an opportunity for Gillian to showcase her ‘weans’, the exhibition was an interactive celebration of art, community, and creativity.
Alongside the exhibition, all the Artists hosted an exciting Creative Programme giving the opportunity for involvement through workshops, engaging talks, and live demonstrations in the gallery.
